Jay came out this morning, and I was his first customer of the day. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me instead of just coming in and doing the repair. He changed out my filters, explained what happened with my AC, and even gave me a little much-needed lecture on maintenance and what I can do to keep everything running better. 😂 He was very upfront that he can get my system fixed and running today, but also explained why, in the long run, it would probably be in my best interest to start considering a new unit rather than just trying to sell me something on the spot. As a mom with three kids at home, having the AC go out in this heat is a BIG deal, so I really appreciated him getting out here first thing and making sure we would have air again today. Very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. I really appreciate someone who explains the problem, gives you your options, and doesn't pressure you. RAM28 April 2026Wintri was the first and only call we needed to make for our AC repair needs! They came out first thing in the morning the very next day (which was a Saturday morning), and Supervisor Jacob and Kevin did an absolutely 100% perfect Job repairing and servicing our central air-conditioning unit. Wintri was fast to send a tech out (Jacob) and who was able to find the leak quickly and recommend we replace our 13yr old condenser with a new one. Jacob and Andy had the new condenser installed the same week and my house has never been as cool! Jacob & Andy were both very respectful. Jay came out first thing this morning and I happened to be his first appointment of the day. From the minute he got here, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took his time explaining what was going on with my AC. He replaced my filters, walked me through what caused the problem, and gave me some helpful advice (and a little lecture ) about maintenance and things I can do differently to help my system last longer. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that he can get my AC fixed and running today, but because of the age and condition of the system, it would probably make more sense financially to start thinking about replacing it rather than continuing to put money into repairs. With three kids at home and this heat, getting our AC back up and running today was definitely important! Jay was kind, patient, never pushy, and made sure I understood all of my options. Consuelo F.14 August 2026Our AC was making a loud rattling and vibrating noise. This was quite annoying as this started late at night. In the morning we called Wintri and Jay was sent to determine what the problem was. After few minutes he was able to determine the cause. He was amazing! He took the time to not only show us what the problem was but to also explain to us in a way that we could understand as to why it happened! and what it would take to make fix it. He gave us a couple repair options. We decided to go with the first option. Our 10 year old AC unit has never worked better. As a matter of fact, it's been running superbly and QUIETER than ever since the repair. Thank you Jay for the great service!! Phyllis L.5 August 2026I used yelp to help me find a HVAC company as my a/c unit stopped working and David replied very quickly with times available for the next day (as it was 10pm at night) and set up a time frame that worked for me. The next day Jay and Jayden came right at the beginning of the time frame gand were able to figure out the problem within 30mins. They gave me a quote and got to work straight away when I approved it! They both were very friendly and professional and I appreciated how they had their own indoor booties/shoes in which they put on whenever they came into the house and took off once they had to go outside which was multiple times. They even took them off on the ladder going into the attic and put them on coming down from the ladder! I 100% would recommend!Posted on Yelp
