Ciara Martinez27 August 2026Jay came out this morning, and I was his first customer of the day. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me instead of just coming in and doing the repair. He changed out my filters, explained what happened with my AC, and even gave me a little much-needed lecture on maintenance and what I can do to keep everything running better. 😂 He was very upfront that he can get my system fixed and running today, but also explained why, in the long run, it would probably be in my best interest to start considering a new unit rather than just trying to sell me something on the spot. As a mom with three kids at home, having the AC go out in this heat is a BIG deal, so I really appreciated him getting out here first thing and making sure we would have air again today. Very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. I really appreciate someone who explains the problem, gives you your options, and doesn't pressure you. RAM28 April 2026Wintri was the first and only call we needed to make for our AC repair needs! They came out first thing in the morning the very next day (which was a Saturday morning), and Supervisor Jacob and Kevin did an absolutely 100% perfect Job repairing and servicing our central air-conditioning unit. Wintri was fast to send a tech out (Jacob) and who was able to find the leak quickly and recommend we replace our 13yr old condenser with a new one. Jacob and Andy had the new condenser installed the same week and my house has never been as cool! Jacob & Andy were both very respectful. I was quoted this repair by someone else who did not take the time and effort of properly diagnosing the issue. Our AC had stopped working because the condensate drain line was clogged, and Jay had come out and quickly diagnosed the issue, cleared the blockage, and got everything working again VERY quickly. He also installed a new cleanout/access valve on the condensate line, which should make future maintenance much easier. What impressed me most was that he went the extra mile and checked the entire drainage setup. He noticed dark buildup inside the small tubing near our sink, removed and thoroughly cleaned it, and then reconnected the tubing much more efficiently. The previous setup had excess tubing that was bending/kinking, which may have contributed to the drainage problem. Jay took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than just getting in and out. Great experience with Wintri from start to finish. Cici M.27 August 2026Jay came out first thing this morning and I happened to be his first appointment of the day. From the minute he got here, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took his time explaining what was going on with my AC. He replaced my filters, walked me through what caused the problem, and gave me some helpful advice (and a little lecture ) about maintenance and things I can do differently to help my system last longer. What I appreciated most was his honesty. He explained that he can get my AC fixed and running today, but because of the age and condition of the system, it would probably make more sense financially to start thinking about replacing it rather than continuing to put money into repairs. With three kids at home and this heat, getting our AC back up and running today was definitely important! Jay was kind, patient, never pushy, and made sure I understood all of my options. It's really nice dealing with someone who isn't just trying to sell you something. Great experience all around. Consuelo F.14 August 2026Our AC was making a loud rattling and vibrating noise. This was quite annoying as this started late at night. In the morning we called Wintri and Jay was sent to determine what the problem was. After few minutes he was able to determine the cause. He was amazing! He took the time to not only show us what the problem was but to also explain to us in a way that we could understand as to why it happened! and what it would take to make fix it. He gave us a couple repair options. We decided to go with the first option. Our 10 year old AC unit has never worked better. As a matter of fact, it's been running superbly and QUIETER than ever since the repair. Thank you Jay for the great service!!
