Jay came out this morning, and I was his first customer of the day. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me instead of just coming in and doing the repair. He changed out my filters, explained what happened with my AC, and even gave me a little much-needed lecture on maintenance and what I can do to keep everything running better. 😂 He was very upfront that he can get my system fixed and running today, but also explained why, in the long run, it would probably be in my best interest to start considering a new unit rather than just trying to sell me something on the spot. As a mom with three kids at home, having the AC go out in this heat is a BIG deal, so I really appreciated him getting out here first thing and making sure we would have air again today. Very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. I really appreciate someone who explains the problem, gives you your options, and doesn't pressure you. Would recommend Wintri's HVAC maintenace team to anyone. They've been professional with excellent communication the entire time working with them. Wintri was the first and only call we needed to make for our AC repair needs! They came out first thing in the morning the very next day (which was a Saturday morning), and Supervisor Jacob and Kevin did an absolutely 100% perfect Job repairing and servicing our central air-conditioning unit. I had a refrigerant leak on my condenser coil. Wintri was fast to send a tech out (Jacob) and who was able to find the leak quickly and recommend we replace our 13yr old condenser with a new one. Jacob and Andy had the new condenser installed the same week and my house has never been as cool! Jacob & Andy were both very respectful. We had a great experience with this company. Keith came out to take a look at our aC unit, which was low on freak. He was incredibly kind and professional and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done.  He worked quickly and efficiently, and before we knew it, our AC was up and running.  It's such a relief to have it fixed so fast, especially in the warm weather.
